Fat Cat VPN respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected through the Fat Cat VPN application, how that information may be used or disclosed, how long it may be kept, and the choices available to you.

This policy applies to the Fat Cat VPN app. It does not automatically cover websites, products, or services operated by other companies, even when the app links to them.

The app’s actual behavior, this policy, and the information shown in its public privacy disclosures are intended to describe the same data practices. If these disclosures differ, please contact us so we can review and correct them.

Information you choose to send is separate from information collected automatically by the app. Depending on how you interact with Fat Cat VPN, you may provide:

Advertising and Analytics

Information may be stored on systems operated by Fat Cat VPN or its service providers in the locations where those providers maintain facilities. No app, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Data Retention and Deletion

Personal information should be kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing the app, resolving support issues, maintaining security, meeting legal obligations, and handling disputes.

Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. Support correspondence is retained while the request is active and for a reasonable period afterward, while usage, crash, and diagnostic data is retained according to the settings of the applicable service provider or until it is no longer needed for analysis and reliability.

When information is no longer required, it is deleted, anonymized, or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable requirements. Residual copies may remain temporarily in backups or where retention is required by law.

You may request deletion by emailing privacy@springapp.live. We may need enough information to verify and process the request. Deleting information may not remove records that must be retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Children’s Privacy

Fat Cat VPN is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact privacy@springapp.live so the situation can be reviewed and appropriate action taken, including deletion where required.

Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to ask whether Fat Cat VPN holds personal data about you and to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy. You may also have the right to withdraw consent when processing is based on consent and to complain to a privacy regulator.

To ask a question, correct information, or request access to or deletion of personal data, email privacy@springapp.live. Please describe your request clearly. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or locate relevant records, and we will respond as required by applicable law.

You may also control certain app permissions and advertising preferences through your device settings, or stop future app-level collection by uninstalling Fat Cat VPN. These actions may not delete information already retained.

International Users

Fat Cat VPN and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Privacy laws and government-access rules may differ across those locations.

Where required, international transfers are supported by legally recognized safeguards or another valid transfer mechanism. You may contact us for more information about the safeguards applicable to your information.

Policy Updates
